Admission Procedure of Holy Kid's Public School
Play Group to Nursery
1. Please collect the admission form from the school office or DOWNLOAD the form and fill it completely with all relevant information.
2. Deposit the filled form with the following documents-
a. Xerox copy of the birth certificate of the child.
b. Address proof of the parent.
c. Once the form is deposited at the school office with the relevant documents, the Principal would fix an appointment to meet the child with the parents.
d. There is no admission test for admission in Nursery.
For LKG to Class V
1. Please collect the admission form from the school office or DOWNLOAD the form and fill it completely with all relevant information.
2. This application must be accompanied by an address proof of the parent and a Xerox copy of the birth certificate, Adhaar card, and medical certificate of the candidate as issued by the village or municipal authorities or by the head of a registered nursing home, or by the medical practitioner who delivered the child. No affidavits or school certificates are acceptable. The previous mark sheet and Transfer Certificate also need to be attached.
3. School office will schedule the date and time of the admission test and give a phone call to the parents accordingly. e. A copy of the medical fitness certificate with the blood group of the child also needed to be attached to the admission form.
4. Transport facility is available for students with their specific school timing. Parents can avail of the school transport. Please DOWNLOAD and fill in the necessary information.
a. Acquiring the ADMISSION form does not by any means guarantee you admission to the school.
b. The admission is based purely on merit basis in accordance with the admission test.
c. The Right to Admission to the school totally relies on the management.
